The aim of the conference is to enhance discussion and exchange on the role of agriculture in Central and Eastern European rural development. At the time of the conference, the Common Agricultural Policy as well as all elements of EU structural policies will be in force in 25 EU Member States....

The conference will provide a forum for discussing the relevance of the existing legal framework for transit, and future perspectives for using multilateral instruments to ensure unimpeded flows of energy.
