Summary: This research aims to analyze the influence of Profit Margin on Sales (NPM), Return On Investment (ROI), Return On Equity (ROE), Earning Per Share (EPS), Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Long Term Debt to Equity Ratio (LTDtER) toward the stock price of food and beverage companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange.The design used in this research is causal associative. Population of this research are 19 food and beverage companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period of 2007-2009 and the sample consists of 11 companies. Purposive sampling method is used for the sample selection. Data used in this research is secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id and Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD). Data collection method used is the documentation study. The dependent variable is the stock price, while the independent variables are NPM, ROI, ROE, EPS, DAR, DER, LTDtER. This research uses multilinear regression analysis for statistical analysis and the regression models have firstly been tested in the classical assumption test.The partially test indicated that, independent variable NPM, ROI, ROE, DAR, DER, and LTDtER does not significantly influence the stock price. The simultaneously test of NPM, ROI, ROE, EPS, DAR, DER, and LTDtER give a significant influence to the stock price.
