Ziel der Studie ist die Ausarbeitung von Ansätzen und Modellen zur Einführung bzw. Stärkung marktwirtschaftlicher Strukturen in der Land- und Ernährungswirtschaft Polens. Die Analyse der sich in den Jahren 1988-1990 verschärfenden Krise im Agrarsektor bildet hierfür den Ausgangspunkt.
