This is a workshop on Econometric and Financial Studies after Crisis. It will consist of both invited speeches and contributed poster session. We solicit theoretical and/or empirical papers related to the theme of the workshop.

Papers on any aspect of management such as accounting, corporate governance, finance, strategic management, organisational changes in China or comparing China with other economies are invited.

Papers on all fields of finance are welcomed, but submission of papers related to Corporate Governance and Financial Intermediation is especially encouraged.
