ВНУТРЕННИЕ УГРОЗЫ ЭНЕРГЕТИЧЕСКОЙ БЕЗОПАСНОСТИ И ПУТИ ИХ НЕЙТРАЛИЗАЦИИ (Internal Threats to Energy Security and Ways of Their Neutralization)

The aim of the study is to develop recommendations for eliminating problems in the field of energy security. The paper presents a list of problems, identifies key trends in their development and proposes systematization. Among such threats in the work, the excessive degree of wear and tear of fixed assets of Russian oil and gas enterprises, import dependence and the lag in the level of energy efficiency from global trends stand out. To eliminate internal problems, it is proposed to ensure the tightening of regulatory requirements in the framework of the maintenance of fixed assets, to raise public awareness of methods to reduce energy consumption.
