Финансово-экономический механизм поддержания инфраструктурного развития через модель государственно-частного партнерства

The article describes the implementation of economic and financial mechanism that maintains infrastructure development through the resource supply. In the authors vision there are presented some approaches to the calculation of the regulated infrastructure tariffs and to the formation of the endowment fund to manage financial risks in public-private partnership projects.
