39. Indigeneity

Indigenous knowledges and expertise are in demand. Diversity management leaders will need to balance Indigenous self-determination and corporate needs to build inclusive workplaces, but they will need to do so recognizing and addressing the gross historical injustices and imbalances which have occurred, with an eye to decolonizing corporate processes.
