41. Corporate psychopaths

This entry describes the ways in which corporate communications under corporate psychopath managers become untruthful, abusive and less integrated. Only upward communications to superiors increase from psychopathic managers and these messages are self-serving, duplicitous and misleading. Downward communications to subordinates decrease and employees suffer from this in terms of being less knowledgeable about their organization’s aims and goals and less well trained, while organizations suffer from reduced employee engagement, increased staff departures and lowered productivity.
