A conceptual algorithm of cluster-based sustainable regional development in Russian Federation

In the paper the analysis of current concept of cluster-based sustainable regional development of Russian Federation is performed, and a conceptual algorithm is developed to analyze the industrial economic clusters. Subsequently, the cluster analysis of regional conditions of Russian Federation is performed by nineteen indicators of socio-economic activity, and a comparison is performed between initial variables input and PCA-based noise filter. The principal components analysis is applied to analyze and obtain the simulation coefficients for government bonds as indicators and numeric features of digital twin modelling of regions and regional clusters of Russia
