A model of capital flow for Hong Kong preceding its change in souvereinty [souvereignty] by 1997

The authors develop a formal economic model to analyse capital flow in Hongkong before the change in regime in 1997. With the help of the model they demonstrate the possibility of multiple equilibria and provide a theoretical foundation for public announcement of optimistic outlook by dominant firms. (DÜI-Sen)
