A PROTOTYPE DECISION MODEL: A DYNAMIC APPROACH TO MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEMS IN HIGHER EDUCATION
Management in higher education faces complex and pressing problems caused by size, complexity, scarcity of financial resources and backward administrative procedures. Lack of accurate, relevant and timely information is a key problem higher education managers encounter in their attempts to make the kind of decisions current administrative conditions demand.
