A Research on Employee Satisfaction and Incentive Mechanism in the Telecommunication Industry : A Case of Maroc Telecom in Morocco

Using Maroc Telecom in Morocco as a case study, this research article examines employee satisfaction and incentive mechanisms in the telecom sector. A sample of 200 Maroc Telecom employees from various departments was subjected to surveys, interviews, and focus groups using a mixed-methods approach. The findings demonstrate that employee satisfaction levels are generally good, however, some staff members voiced unhappiness with training chances and professional progression prospects. Employee motivation and work satisfaction have been demonstrated to increase with the usage of incentive mechanisms such as performance-based incentives, career development initiatives, and recognition programs. The results have several ramifications for Maroc Telecom, including the requirement to fund training and development initiatives for staff members, offer chances for professional advancement, and guarantee equitable and open remuneration practices
