AI-Driven Decision Support System for Workplace Wellbeing
This chapter focuses on decision support systems (DSS) based on artificial intelligence to improve work related well-being. Concerning well-being, organizations have begun to appreciate the need to care for employees' mental and physical health, and AI technologies provide the way of approaching the problem. The system includes predictive models, feedback, and machine learning to note stress causes and mood changes. Collect health and sentiment data from communication interfaces, human-wearable devices, and engagement surveys. They detect stress, and also recognize possible problem areas before the climax of the problem, so that the necessary measures can be taken. DSS may promote the general well-being of the employees and increase organizational performance for organizational development. The efficient use of analytical techniques enables organizations to ensure they adapt the strategies for improving the health standards among employees while at the workplace.
