An Analysis of Trend and Export Competitiveness of APEDA products, Tobacco, Spices, Tea and Coffee in India

The research paper aims to provide a better understanding of the export dynamics and competitiveness of Indian Agricultural Commodities. The study analyses the export data of the last 35 years for APEDA products and the last 35 years of Tobacco exports, as well as the last 10 years of Spices, Tea, and Coffee exports. The research employs analytical tools in particular yearly growth rate, compound annual growth rate, and instability analysis to assess the trends and competitiveness of these exports. This study provides insights into the historical performance, growth rates, and stability of these agricultural commodities. The findings of this research explain the export trends and competitiveness of Indian Agricultural Commodities and helps to identify the growth patterns and potential opportunities for these products in the global market. Additionally, the instability analysis provides insights into the fluctuations and volatility in the export performance of these commodities
