An Investigation in Analyzing the Key Aspects of High-Performance Work Practice for Enhancing Productivity in the Organization

The goal of this article is to examine how Vietnamese enterprises perform as a result of high-performance work systems (HPWS). It reveals the causes and consequences of managers' opinions about the existence and adoption of HPWS inside their organisations, as well as the implications HPWS practises have on the productivity of such organisations. Design, methodology. Results - Results show that HPWS may have an influence on company performance as well as employee outcomes. Practical ramifications - The study emphasises the significance of HPWS as a reaction to organisational change that may aid in handling outside demands and offers proof of how the HPWS-innovation link is developed in the research setting. Originality/value - This is one of the first studies to expand on specific concepts from institutional theory in order to comprehend the context in which HPWS are designed and implemented in response to environmental forces.
