APROXIMACIÓN A UN INDICADOR REGIONAL Y NACIONAL DE LOS OBJETIVOS DE LISBOA A PARTIR DE LA MEDIDA DE DISTANCIA P2

La Unión Europea se enfrenta a un enorme proceso de cambio que afecta a todos los ámbitos de la vida de las personas y exige una profunda transformación de la economía europea en coherencia con los valores y conceptos de la sociedad. La Unión en los conocidos como objetivos de Lisboa fijados en el año 2000 establecía como objetivo estratégico: “convertirse en la economía basada en el conocimiento más dinámica y competitiva del mundo, capaz de mantener el crecimiento de su economía con más y mejores empleos, y preservando al mismo tiempo la cohesión social y el respecto con el medio ambiente”.Con el objetivo de disponer de un instrumento que nos permita evaluar el grado de cumplimiento de los objetivos de la Estrategia de Lisboa para el caso de las regiones españolas, se propone construir un indicador global de cumplimiento de los objetivos de Lisboa, para este propósito se empleará el método de distancia P2. <p> The European Union faces an deep enormous process of change that concerns all the areas of the life of the persons and it is required a transformation of the European economy in coherence with the values and concepts of the society.The Union in the objectives fixed in the Lisboan strategy in the year 2000 established as strategic objective "to become the most competitive and dynamic knowledge-based economy in the world, capable of sustainable economic growth with more and better jobs and greater social cohesion".With the aim to have an instrument that allows us to evaluate the degree of fulfillment of the objectives of the strategy of Lisbon for the case of the Spanish regions, we proposes to construct a global indicator of fulfillment of the objectives of Lisbon, for this intention there will be used the method of distance P2.
