Bemutató modell a piacosítható szennyezési jogok kereskedelmének költségekre, termelésre és szennyezőanyag-kibocsátásra gyakorolt hatásáról ; Its title in English: Introductory model in the effect of the commerce of marketable pollution rights on costs, production and pollution material emission

A környezet védelme a XXI. század gazdálkodóinak látókörébe kényszerítő eszközök vagy saját felelős gondolkodásuk következtében bekerült, sőt bizonyos ágazatokban központi kérdéssé vált. A közvetlen állami beavatkozást hatásossága ellenére élesen bírálják a szabad piac hívei, ezért sok olyan módszer is megjelent, amely a költségek és/vagy a bevételek megváltoztatásán keresztül hat a vállalatok magatartására. Ezek közül Amerikában sikerrel alkalmazták a piacosítható szennyezési jogok rendszerét, így az Európai Unió tagországai is elgondolkodtak a rendszer bevezetésén és már realizálódott is az első ilyen tranzakció. A dolgozatomban egy egyszerű statikus mikroökonómiai modellen keresztül szeretném felhívni a figyelmet arra, hogy a szennyezési jogokkal való kereskedés lehetősége akár kontraszelekciót is előidézhet a környezetet kevésbé szennyező vállalatok „kárára”. ; Protection of the environment has got into the vision of economic organizatoins of the 21-century due to compelling circumstances or their own responsible way of thinking; what is more, it has become a central issue in some sectors. Despite the efficiency of the direct intervention of the state, it is sharply criticised by supporters of the free market, so this is the reason why lots of methods have emerged, which influence the attitude of companies through the chances of costs and/or revenues. One of these that has been successfully introduced in the USA is the system of tradable permits, so EU members might consider the introduction of this system since the first transaction has already been realised. In my thesis, I would like to call the attention to the fact, through a simple static microeconomic model, that tradable permits may bring about selection of the unfittest on the expence of companies which pollute the environment at a lesser extent.
