Budget Process in Macedonia : Recent Developments and Challenges

The political debate in Macedonia in recent years with the new government is going into questioning that the Macedonian budget growth with the new government is not sustainable and is growing without control. We present discussion on recent government actions and how they relate to existing theories on government growth. We also present a research on fiscal transparency in accordance with the IMF manual on fiscal transparency.
