Characteristics and Forecast of Science and Technology in Russia (analysis of estimates of experts)

The Monograph contains the analysis of results of the unique survey elaborated with the help of 270 leading Russian scientists - members of the Russian academy of Sciences. The aim of survey was to choose priorities for science and technology in Russia at the first stage of the transition to market system.
