Conflicts at global and local levels: economics and mathematical methods and models of stability research

The work is devoted to urgent problems of the analysis and forecasting of conflicts at global and local levels on the basis of economics and mathematical methods and models. The received results permit to deepen understanding geopolitical processes occurring at present in the world. On their basis the recommendations aimed on increase of stability and prevention of possible conflicts are developed.
