Does Board Gender Diversity Make a Difference - New Evidence from Quantile Regression Analysis

This paper investigates the relationship between board gender diversity and firm performance has been investigated using a panel dataset over the period 2009-2011. Applying quantile regression, we show that board gender diversity has a different effect on firm performance over different points of the conditional distribution.
