The Effect of Work Environment, Work Motivation, and Work Discipline on the Performance of Archives Employees (Case Study on Office Administration Students at Jakarta State University)

This study aims to determine and analyze the significant influence simultaneously or partially between the variables of work environment, work motivation, and work discipline on the performance of archive employees in every organization or company. The type of research used is using quantitative research methods with descriptive analysis by measuring through an ordinal scale. The data collection technique used is through a questionnaire or questionnaire which is measured using a Likert scale from a value of one to five. The data analysis technique used in this study is the multiple linear regression techniques consisting of validity, reliability, normality, linearity, autocorrelation, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, T-test, and F-test tests. and the coefficient of determination test using the IBM SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) Statistics version 24 software program. Based on the results of multiple regression testing, the similarity line is obtained Ẏ = (-0,472) + 0,123 X1 + 0,248 X2 + 0,649 X3. The results of the study indicate that the work environment has a significant effect on the performance of archiving employees with a T count value of 2,232 > T table 1,984 and a significance value of 0,028 < 0,05 then work motivation has a significant effect on the performance of archiving employees with a T count value of 6,035 > T table 1,984 and a significance value of 0,000 < 0,05 and work discipline has a significant effect on the performance of archiving employees with a T count of 9,053 > T table of 1,984 and a significance value of 0,000 < 0,05
