Effects of localized perturbations on the properties of the S = 12 Heisenberg antiferromagnet on the square lattice
We report results of finite-lattice calculations of the effect of localized bond and spin perturbations on the ground state properties of the spin-12 Heisenberg antiferromagnet on the square lattice. These perturbations are intended to model the effect of a static oxygen hole on the magnetic state of the CuO2 planes in high temperature superconductors.
