Enabling mass communication in community design -The struggle for structure

One of the most revolutionary aspects of the internet is that everyone1 can be a sender and airher views world-wide. The opportunity to communicate asynchronously with othersindependent of time and place makes the medium most attractive. Our vision is to use thatoption to enable every interested person to participate in design processes of his (geographic)community.
