Energetische und ökologische Analyse einer thermochemischen Bioraffinerie zur Herstellung von Plattformchemikalien

Bei der nachhaltigen Bereitstellung von Plattformchemikalien der organischen Chemie rücken biobasierte Reststoffe als Kohlenstoffquelle in den Fokus. Diese Studie beschäftigt sich mit der Konversion von Biomasse zu Plattformchemikalien in einer thermochemischen Bioraffinerie auf Basis einer Torrefizierung mit überhitztem Dampf. Auch die folgenden Separationsverfahren werden in die Betrachtung einbezogen. Zunächst wird ein verfahrenstechnischer Aufbau der Bioraffinerie und ihren nachgeschalteten Separationsverfahren entworfen. Anschließend werden die Prozesse analysiert und hinsichtlich der zentralen Material- und Energieströme kalkuliert. Die zu erwarteten Umweltbelastungen werden schließlich daraus abgeleitet und Hotspots identifiziert.
