ESTRUTURA DE OFERTA E DE DEMANDA DERIVADA DA PRODUÇÃO DE FRANGOS DE CORTE NO BRASIL A PARTIR DE UMA FUNÇÃO LUCRO TRANSLOG

Nos últimos anos, a produção de frangos de corte vem se consolidando como um dos setores mais dinâmicos do agronegócio brasileiro, particularmente em termos de produtividade e exportações. Esse trabalho tem como objetivo analisar a estrutura de oferta e de demanda derivada da produção de frangos de corte das principais regiões produtoras do país. Essa análise tem como base a estimação de uma função lucro translog normalizada e restrita (capital é um insumo fixo), e conseqüente cálculo das elasticidades-preço diretas, elasticidades-preço cruzadas e elasticidades de oferta. Além disso, a partir da função custo, são calculadas as elasticidades-preço cruzadas e as elasticidades de substituição de Allen e Morishima. Como resultado, conclui-se que os insumos variáveis (energia e mão-de-obra) podem ser considerados normais e complementares brutos no processo de produção.---------------------------------------------------In recent years, the production of cut chickens comes if consolidating as one of the sectors most dynamic of the Agribusiness Brazilian, particularly in terms of productivity and exportations. This article has as objective to analyze the structure of it offers and demand derived from the production of cut chickens of the main producing regions of the country. This analysis has as base the esteem of a function profit translog normalized and restricted (capital is the fixed input), and consequence direct calculation of the elasticity-price, elasticity-price crossed and elasticities of offers. Moreover, from the function cost, the elasticity-price crossed and the elasticities of substitution of Allen and Morishima are calculated. As result, one concludes that the changeable inputs (energy and labor) can be considered normal and complementary rude in the production process.
