Evaluating the Alternative Interior Wall with Multi-Criteria for Dorimitory in EMU North Cyprus

Value management model has been implemented the alternatives of the interior walls with different specifications for dormitory building in Eastern Mediterranean University, North Cyprus. The first goal is Excellence key processes LCCA Rating for six alternative interior walls of the dormitory building to determine the preferred type economically and environmentally. The second objective is to compare the results of the LCCA calculations with evaluation samples taken for the appointment of the best features of the internal walls. According to LCCA and multi criteria weighted evaluation for internal walls found the best alternative is the brick wall with a lower total life cycle cost of present worth $32.63 for one meter square and the total maximum weight in the evaluation was 187.02 which has the biggest number among other alternatives
