Evaluating the Impact of AI on Organizational Culture and Employee Dynamics
The research assesses Artificial Intelligence impacts on organizational culture together with employee dynamics by using Employee Feedback Sentiment Analysis as its primary methodology supported by Natural Language Processing (NLP) analysis methods. Analyzed information originates from anonymous workplace data collections which include surveys in combination with workplace discussions to determine employee perceptions of AI implementation efforts. The application of NLP techniques produces employee sentiment analysis results about AI automation decision systems and collaboration aspects through sentiment classification and topic modeling methods. The primary findings show employees demonstrate positive reactions towards AI systems because they enhance operational performance even though they take issue with the potential discharge of jobs and AI's ethical dilemmas at work. The research contributes crucial findings about structural changes within workplace relationships which occur due to AI systems that transform worker trust structures and adaptation systems.
