Evaluation report for Eurostars-3 : part of the co-funded European partnership "Innovative SMEs" : evaluation study of the European Framework Programmes for Research and Innovation for Innovative Europe, RTD/2021/SC/019

The evaluation presents the early findings of the Eurostars-3 funding programme, which was implemented as a Co-funded Partnership under Innovative SMEs in the framework programme of Horizon Europe. The analysis is based on evaluation questions and focused on the relevance, coherence, efficiency, effectiveness, EU added value and partnership-specific questions. The evaluation is part of the wider 'Study on the support to the innovation of the EU Research & Innovation Framework Programme' that feeds into the evaluation study of Horizon Europe.
