From fragmentation to synergy and impact : a review of the knowledge transfer system in Czechia : final report

The Horizon Europe Policy Support Facility (PSF) has been set up by the Directorate-General for Research & Innovation (DG RTD) of the European Commission. It supports Member States and countries associated to Horizon Europe in reforming their national research and innovation (R&I) systems. The review of the knowledge transfer system in Czechia was carried out between June 2024 and January 2025 by a panel of five independent experts and two national peers. The panel put forward ten recommendations which taken together offer a framework for a systemic change and in with the EU Guiding Principles for Knowledge Valorisation.
