Fundamentals of the Accelerated Tests Theory

In paper are laid the fundamentals of the new approaches to research of results of accelerated tests of units on the basis using of the General Law of Reliability:At first, the matrix, establishing a dependence between the class of the reliability laws from a stresses applied to the given unit, and also from a quality of unit, is offered;Secondly, the new approach to processing of accelerated tests results of units is offered, in conditions when the type of a life distribution varies with change of stress.The given approaches are investigated on an example of accelerated tests on long-time strength of steel 15X5M
