Home furniture consumption in Belgium (including Luxembourg) is worth about Euro 3.5 billion. Among the buying groups operating in the country: Group Vanneste, Quorum Interiors, Regent Meubel and Europa Meubel. Most of the independent furniture chains operating on the Belgian market are international brands, particularly Dutch. The Swedish giant IKEA is currently the market leader with six stores in the country.
