GESTIÓN DE LA INNOVACIÓN TECNOLÓGICA EN PYMES AGROINDUSTRIALES CHIHUAHUENSES

This research, which was made within the category of a multiple case study, has as an objectiveto contribute to the understanding of the processes that explain the Management ofTechnological Innovation (MTI) in small and medium enterprises (SME's) with lowinvestment in research and development (R&D), analyzing the internal and external variablesthat set out the process. Methodological approaches and susceptible concepts to be used wereexamined.An instrument that allowed the evaluation and learning of the variables details fromMTI in SME`s from the lacto industrial area and from the national capital that have hadoutstanding efforts ending up in specific products that have been introduced into the market.The main innovations, management functions and the key factors of success that are necessaryfor their operation were detected through a visit to the plants. The results are presented bymeans of a narrative structure.
