M?glichkeiten und Grenzen der ?konomischen Bewertung von personalstrategischen Ma?nahmen. Der Versuch einer Evaluation am Beispiel eines Zielmanagementsystems mit variabler Gehaltskomponente
Die vorliegende Arbeit besch?ftigt sich mit der Frage, inwieweit es sinnvoll ist, Rentabilit?tsforderungen an personalpolitische und personalwirtschaftliche Systeme und Instrumente zu stellen. Es werden dabei vorab die Entwicklung des Personalwesens an innerbetriebliche Institution und sein aktuelles Selbstverst?ndnis als werttreibender Bereich betrachtet. Weiterhin werden Ans?tze des Personal-Controllings vorgestellt, wie Personalarbeit zu messen ist, wobei insbesondere auf Management-Ans?tze steuernder Art eingegangen wird. Schlie?lich wird anhand von verschiedenen Evaluations-Modellen die Messung von konkreten personalwirtschaftlichen Ma?nahmen diskutiert.Im zweiten Teil wird anhand eines personalpolitischen Instruments aus der Praxis eine Evaluation vorgestellt, mit der die Praktikabilit?t einer ?konomischen Bewertung ?berpr?ft werden soll. Zur Verf?gung stand ein so genanntes Performance Management System, das als Zielmanagementsystem mit variabler Verg?tung in einem international t?tigen Konzern praktiziert wird. Vor diesem Hintergrund erfahren der F?hrungskontext und eine der am meisten untersuchten Motivationstheorien, die Zielsetzungstheorie, eine Diskussion.
