HealthDataEU central platform : open-source release 4 : release note

This document is part of the documentation of the HealthData@EU Central Platform Release 4. The system will be developed in 9 releases. The HealthData@EU Central Platform implementation is made available by the European Commission DG SANTE as an open-source. The technical documentation is published together with the source code in code.europe.eu. The documents published in the Official Journal aim to support the business analysis of the open-source for its potential users.
