Increase of educational potential of the personnel on the basis of formation of intellectual capital of the enterprise

Methodology of assessment of the level of intellectual capital on the basis of calculation of integral indicator with the help of factor analysis is justified. It is proved that application of the offered integral coefficient of assessment of the level of intellectual capital of enterprise makes it possible not only to determine absolute value but also to perform a quality analysis of components of formation of intellectual capital.
