The Influence of Product Quality, Service Quality, and Prices on Consumer Satisfaction of Students of the 2019 Office Administration Education Study Program, Jakarta State University (Case Study on Shopee Marketplace)
The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of product quality, service quality and price on consumer satisfaction of 2019 Office Administration Education students at the Jakarta State University on the Shopee application. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique with the number of samples determined as many as 62 respondents. The data analysis technique is quantitative descriptive analysis and partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis. Based on the results of calculations using the PLS-SEM software version 3.0, the results show that (1) there is no positive influence between price on consumer satisfaction, (2) there is a positive influence between service quality and price, (3) there is no positive influence between service quality and customer satisfaction. customer satisfaction leadership, 4) there is a positive influence between product quality and price, and (5) there is a positive influence between product quality and consumer satisfaction, (6) there is no positive influence between product quality and price on consumer satisfaction, (7) service quality and price are not effect on consumer satisfaction
