Innovation for place-based transformations : collection of practices

The practices collected here include initiatives taken around Europe with different degrees of transformative innovation. They provide a short summary of what cities, regions and Member States have done to innovate for societal well-being. They can be used to get inspired from examples that illustrate activities and actions described in the ACTIONbook and/or a to contact the leading person or office to initiate a peer-to-peer exchange. They either involve partnerships across departments or across territories and engage a broad of stakeholders. We trust these practices will inspire users to craft their way into raising ambition, building capacities and taking transformative action. Finally, we are extremely thankful to the territories, the people, who provided their stories.
