Interpersonelle Kommunikationsprozesse und ihre Folgen für die Innovationstätigkeit in der kunststoffverarbeitenden Industrie und der "Kunststofftechnik Oberlausitz Initiative"
Felix Erler
Dieser Artikel beinhaltet wesentliche Auszüge und grundlegende Ergebnisse der Diplomarbeit "Kommunikationsprozesse in Unternehmensnetzwerken und zwischen branchenverwandten Unternehmen und ihre Potenziale für die regionale Entwicklung". Das Hauptaugenmerk dieses Beitrags richtet sich dabei auf die Innovationstätigkeit in Unternehmensnetzwerken. Anhand der "Kunststofftechnik Oberlausitz Initiative" wird aufgezeigt, dass horizontale Unternehmensnetzwerke Prozessinnovationen und vertikale Unternehmensnetzwerke Produktinnovationen auslösen. Die Innovationstätigkeit in einem horizontalen Unternehmensnetzwerk steigt mit der Anzahl der Beziehungen zwischen jeweils mehreren Personen (n:n), ergo der Unternehmensgröße nach Mitarbeiterzahl. Neben Innovationen in horizontalen Netzwerken steht der Ressourcenaustausch im Mittelpunkt.;
