Knowledge translation in healthcare: A review of the literature

The rapidly expanding literature on knowledge in management research, has outlineda number of different knowledge ‘processes’ such as knowledge sharing, knowledgecreation, knowledge exchange and knowledge transfer. A critical issue, oftendiscussed in terms of enabling innovation or competitive advantage, is the need forknowledge embedded within one community or organisational group to becomeavailable or known to members in a different community.
