La investigación en recursos humanos en España (1999 - 2004)

The aim of the present paper is to analyse the state of the art of the Spanish research in the field of human resources. So, we have reviewed articles published in Spanish journals and papers presented at national conferences during the period 1999-2004. Based on the 310 articles and papers reviewed, we elaborate a framework to identify the main research issues about this topic, and label them through their general and methodological haracteristics -- research in human resources ; research methods ; leading research issues in human resources
