The stages include currency rearrangements, reissuing historical bonds, and supporting productive investments. The Quantum Financial System (QFS) is a fundamental tool based on gold-backed bonds, characterized by transaction speed, global circulation, and avoidance of central banks. Our research focuses on recognizing the difficulty of enforcing the law in the anonymous chaos of a global payment system. The proposed solution is the establishment of a commitment of 0.2% on every capital transfer to the principal accounts and the creation of a fund that automatically pays the fines imposed by international arbitration courts.
