Making and Accuracy Comparison of Ace Format Libraries Based on the Five Major Evaluated Nuclear Data Libraries

The accuracy of nuclear data affects the safety of the reactor, which is of great significance in the process of reactor core physical calculation. In order to study the influence of different national nuclear data libraries on the reactor physical calculation results keff, based on the nuclear data processing program NJOY21, this paper processes the five latest international nuclear data libraries ENDF/B-VIII.0, JENDL4.0u, JEFF3.3, BROND3.1 and CENDL3.2 to obtain five sets of continuous energy point cross section nuclear data libraries. The 63 experimental benchmark questions in the International Criticality Safety Benchmark Evaluation Project(ICSBEP) Handbook were selected to compare the accuracy of the five major nuclear data libraries and the influence of thermal scattering nuclides on the results of reactor physics calculations. The calculation results show that the continuous energy point cross section data made by ENDF/B-VIII.0 has higher accuracy and good reliability in the reactor physics calculation process
