Making the best use of EU money : a landscape review of the risks to the financial management of the EU budget

Landscape reviews are a new product of the European Court of Auditors (the Court). They consider broad themes based on the Court's output and accumulated knowledge and experience. They are intended to serve as a basis for consultation and dialogue with the Court's stakeholders. They enable the Court to make observations on important matters which might not ordinarily be subject to audit. This second landscape review examines risks to the financial management of the EU budget.
