Neuere Entwicklungen in der computergestützten Projektplanung
Der vorliegende Beitrag beschreibt neuere Entwicklungen der computergestützten Projektplanung. Im Mittelpunkt steht das sogenannte Resource-Constrained Project Scheduling Problem, ein Modell, das explizit oder implizit Softwarepaketen zum Projektmanagement zugrundeliegt. Basierend auf einer parametrischen Charakterisierung von Instanzen werden Methoden vorgestellt, die allen derzeit bekannten Verfahren überlegen sind. Wesentliche Komponenten sind neue Prioritätsregeln, die Bestimmung von Regrets sowie eine geeignete Randomisierung.
