On the quantum dynamics of a compressible Heisenberg chain
The dynamics of a one-dimensional quantum compressible Heisenberg chain is analysed using the coherent states representation. Equations of motion for mean values of particle displacements are derived and the shape of the finite elastic lattice deformation caused by the traveling magnetic soliton is analytically calculated.
