the lot in Lucas St. On motion it was ordered that such Real Estate as was not needed for the purposes of the Road be sold provided a sum sufficient to cover the cost and interest could be obtained, except in the case of "White Hall" which might be sold for $20.000.00.The President also suggested that the stock in the Kings Mt Railroad Co might be sold for a sum sufficient to pay the debts for which it was pledged, when on Motion of Mr Bee, the President was authorized to sell the said stock provided its par value can be obtained and provided also that at par a sufficient sum could be realized to pay each debt for which it was pledged with the interest, and leave a surplus.Mr. Bee also moved that a proxy be sent to Mr Latter to vote on such stock as is held by this Company in the Kings Mt.
