Pengaruh Citra Supermarket Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan Di Metro Supermarket
Consumer Loyalty as a measure of consumers' attachment to particular supermarket, has become an important notion in consumer behavior. The producers understand that better retain existing customers than new customers. Therefore, in order to build consumer affinity with the product, then developed the concept of brand community. A community based on shared commitment to a particular product, brand and consumer activities. Store image expected to be able to contribute in building consumer attitudes toward brands that generate a loyal customer.This research aims to test the influence of store image to consumer loyalty Metro Supermarket. Subjects in this study involving 60 people who joined as consumer of Metro Supermarket. Sampling technique used is incindental sampling, used measure of scale and store image to consumer loyalty. The data obtained are processed by regression analysis.Value analysis results obtained with rxy = 0.477 p = 0.000 value. This shows that the positive influence of store image to consumer loyalty.
