Pengaruh Dividen Kas, Arus Kas Bersih, Leverage Ratio Dan Earning Per Share Terhadap Harga Saham Perusahaan Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia

The objective of this research is to examine the effect of Dividend per Share, Net Cash Flows, Leverage Ratio and Earnings per Share to the Stock Prices in Manufacturing Emiten Company in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Dividend per Share, Net Cash Flows, Leverage Ratio and Earnings per Share as the independent variables and stock prices as the dependent variable. The stock price is coented for five days before and after financialreport publication.The research types are the causal effect. This research observes 117 companies which had been listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in three years from 2004 until 2008. Using multiple linier regression and to test the classical assumption normality, multicollenearity and autocorrelation, heteroscedastisity.The result of this research, found that influance of Dividend per Share, Net Cash Flows, Leverage Ratio and Earnings per Share simultanly to the Stock Prices in Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research consistent with San Susanto and Ekawati (2006). In addition of this research are inconsistency with Meythi (2006), Sularso (2003) and Siaputra, Lani and Atmaja (2006), I.G.K.A and Ulupui (2005) where dividend announcement is not significant to price changes before and after ex-devident date.
