Human resource planning is very important for companies to corporate goals can be achieved with the maximum. One of factors in the planning of human resources is the availability of labor. The availability of appropriate manpower to occupy different positions and jobs at the time and place in order to achieve objectives and corporate goals. Provision of job in the company carried out through an analysis, ie job analysis. To facilitate in achieving these objectives, the company first create a design (design) work. formulating the problem in this research is how far the influence of human resource planning and analysis of the implementation of the design office work, and how the relationship of human resource planning with employee career development at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia, Tbk Medan Branch Office. Research objective was to determine and analyze the influence of human resource planning and analysis of the implementation of the design office work, and to determine the relationship of human resource planning with employees on career development at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia, Tbk Medan Branch Office.Theory used is the management theory of human resource planning, which is a systematic process of forecasting supply and demand for labor in the future. Job analysis theory, which is the procedure for setting the tasks and demands the skills of an office and what kind of person who will be hired for it. and theoretical work that describes the design goal of a job characteristic. This research using survey approach, explanatory reseach caracter, and descriptive quantitative research. The technique of collecting data done by interview, questionnaire and documentary study. The number of responder 61 people. The variable measured with Likert scale. The test of hypotesis using double linear regression analysis, trough F and t test intended to know the effect of independent variable to dependent variable in the acceptance level of 95% ( 0.05). Test results indicate that human resource planning and job analysis has a significant impact on the implementation of the design work PT. Bank Negara Indonesia, Tbk Medan Branch Office. Partially, human resource planning and job analysis impact on the implementation of the design work on the pt. bank negara indonesia, tbk in the field. human resource planning has a significant correlation with career development of employees in PT. Bank Negara Indonesia, Tbk Medan Branch Office. thus career development opportunities more effectively within an organization can only be achieved through human resources planning.
